On the bright side, it was a nice size and came with complimentary breakfast and airport transfers. The service was a bit hit or miss; while some staff members were very friendly and accommodating, others were extremely rude and unhelpful, especially when they made an error with our airport pick-up time. The location, though a little far out and not easily accessible to local shops, was peaceful with a big pool to enjoy. The dining experience was quite disappointing, offering limited and unimpressive options. The facilities were decent overall, offering basic amenities. The value for money was questionable given the shortcomings I encountered.
